Introducing MCPT’s first-ever game jam!
A game jam is an event where teams create video games and pitch them for the chance to win monetary prizes! It’s a great opportunity to create something cool, and learn a thing or two! We’ll be running many workshops and fun activities throughout the competition.
The competition will run from December 27th to December 31st.
Register in up to teams of 4 by December 26th, 11:59 p.m via https://mcpt.ca/gamejam
Requirements
In order to be eligible for submission, you MUST be a William Lyon Mackenzie student who has signed up using the above form.
Please submit your project to this website before 12:00 PM December 31st, 2021 along with an offline presentation of your choice to boost your pitch! Although a video demonstration is strongly encouraged, other types of presentations, such as a Powerpoint or a Web Page are allowed. Note that there will be no live pitching.
A big part of the Holiday Game Jam is about creativity, ideas, and learning, so even if you didn't get to create a fully working project in time, that's okay!
